My gf has roped a load of churches into getting their members to collect a load of food that can then be distributed to those who need it across Belfast. Many are afraid to leave their houses, even to get food. People have been delivering food to strangers since this started.

No amount of evidence will convince people that cyclists are not constantly breaking the law & wilfully endangering themselves & others. Partly because a lot of drivers don't know the law. Partly confirmation bias. But also because whether it's true doesn't matter to them. It's projection.
