Israeli prison guards have beaten a 71-year-old Palestinian doctor Mazen Al-Rantisi. He was tear-gassed his overcrowded cell and denied vital medication. He is known as the “doctor of the poor” for providing free and low-charge medical care to Ramallah-area residents. He was imprisoned on June 21.
