Biking!! The infrastructure is getting better (location dependent) and I can ride an e-cargo bike that carries my children home from summer camp AND hauls a Carla Cargo trailer with a DJ and live DJing equipment on it. We are also building a genuine bicycling culture.

I usually end up reading Don DeLillo's "Pafko at the Wall" about once a year, and man, it's just so good. As I was finishing it last night, I was sitting up in my chair like you would watching an actual baseball game. It captures the feelings of that moment so well, completely absorbing.

Nola and I took a long walk down Summit and the river tonight. It’s still sinking in that this neighborhood is where we live now! It’s a nice place.
We (meaning my family) also just had the TV on and running at all times. It was pretty much always on.
