ICE has obligated another $5.2 million to SK2 LLC, the real estate firm Steven Kelley founded after leaving CBRE for DHS' warehouse scheme, to extend its contract and fund more due diligence on buildings the agency wants to buy. The Aug. 27 modification brings the total to $11.5 million.
