From last night’s livestream hanging with the brilliant David Blumenstein keeping me company. I shared with him thé news of my impending grandadship (WTF,I KNOW I DON’T LOOK THAT OLD) and the conversation moved to bedtime stories. Oh, I’m colouring à page of Malcolm X too:)

So glad to be on a platform that values positivity unabashedly. Positivity isn’t delusion, though it may appear so through a lens of insecurity and cynicism. Positivity is the ability to give as much as you can, for as long as you’re able, for something you want. Nothing more, nothing less.

The 'eyelashes' on a southern ground hornbill would make a model envious, but here's a neat trick: Those AREN'T eyelash hairs. They're modified FEATHERS. Let's take a look at these specialized structures & why the southern ground hornbill (Bucorvus leadbeateri) needs these long velvet veils.

Very nostalgic about my art at the minute for some reason. Anyway here’s the A1 size art I did in 2023 for an Exhibition in the big Library in Amsterdam. It was proper fancy and expertly curated by @chadbily.eu it was an excuse to have 2 days in the city and meet nice folks at Henks and elsewhere
