I really wish someone would come up with a way to make milk and milk products safe. Some sort of process that would kill things like bacteria, maybe like cooking? With heat? Idk, just tired of the illnesses and recalls.

While raw milk cheese is legal for sale if aged for 60+ days to reduce pathogen survival, the risk of illness is not zero, especially among immunocompromised people.

Found the time to start fixing some of the issues with the first few chapters of my book. Killed a few darlings but the characters are more fleshed out and the narrative more cohesive. Now on to finishing the thing.
