Entonces la solución para incendios más grandes son... aviones más grandes. Como si esos aviones no necesitasen mucho más personal, combustible, mantenimiento,... Dinero, vamos. No lo pones para varios aviones más baratos, lo vas a poner para uno más grande y caro. Estamos dirigidos por mentecatos 🙄

Friendly reminder for managers, Newton's third law applies to people as well: every (unexpected) action has an equal and opposite reaction. If you delay in setting your expectations or suddenly change them from what was previously established, people could respond in the opposite way you would like.

Vibe coding offers the same promise that Visual Basic 6 did 30 years ago: anyone can "create an app". And the result is the same, they do it... and someone else who actually knows what is doing has to fix the mess 🧹

AI has always promised to help people spend more time doing valuable work by automating the manual, repetitive, toilsome tasks so that software developers can be free to use their time on "something better". That's not what's happening.
