I've done a few DIY paint/coating jobs, and I know that the real challenge with the reflecting pool is yet to come. Once you botch a coating job, the only way to fix it is to remove it entirely and start over. That's 10X the job of installing it. Or you paint over it and leave it for the next guy.

FYI: Blanche rescinded the ORDER establishing the slush fund, not the underlying “settlement.” The settlement says any changes must be agreed to by ALL parties, not just Todd. This “rescission” isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on.
