Unfortunately my sickness hasn’t gotten better (it’s been about two weeks now and if anything, it’s gotten worse) so to cheer me up, what’s your favorite moment/s from the PDCU so far?

Just crossed 1,400 downloads! I feel terrible for having to delay the season one finale, but that’s probably more people than I’ve met IRL and I’m honored and humbled that so many of you have given my show a chance 🌈

Today was supposed to be the premiere date of The Irregulars: Shadow Over Innsmouth (part two) 😔 unfortunately my voice is still giving me trouble and I haven’t been able to record any more, but I’ve finished the last of my guest lines so at least I can edit those together

For the last two days I’ve been too hoarse to record any new lines, and I’ve already edited all of the available audio, so work on Part Two has ground to a halt. In all likelihood, I won’t be able to hit the planned September 26th release date 😔

During the Shadow Over Innsmouth episode, I mentioned that Ted Kord would have a new costume, and that I’d be posting it on my socials. First one is his original suit (based on his appearance in the Charlton Comics) and the second one is my own design!

In the last week I’ve finally figured out the plots of two pitches that have been evading me for the better part of six months. Phase Two won’t be coming for quite a while, but when it does? WHEW

Those who have listened to The Exquisite Corpse will know that we had tentatively cast Will Poulter as the PDCU version of Dr. Frankenstein. Well, we were talking the other day and came up with the perfect actor for the job. Just bear with us- you’ll see him again sometime in Phase Two!

Almost permanently lost access to the email I use on all the PDCU stuff because the passwords app randomly deleted the login information and I couldn’t access any of the backup methods 🤪🤪🤪

For those who have listened to The Beetle: Cult of the Dragon, this is how I pictured the headless dragon statue. I drew it in January when the story was first taking shape, which means this is probably the first-ever piece of PDCU “concept art”

Okay gang, I just found out that a long-distance friend is visiting PA for a couple of days next week so the crossover episode is now officially going to be delayed. It’s probably for the best- I’ve been overworked for a very long time and I can feel myself approaching the point of burnout.

Those who have listened to Blue Beetle: Cult of the Dragon already know that the big crossover episode will be titled “The Irregulars: Shadow Over Innsmouth”, and it will feature the protagonists of all of my previous scripted episodes. But that leaves plenty of room for interpretation…

Wasn’t able to record on Sunday because of Father’s Day, wasn’t able to record on Monday because of rain, now I can’t record today because my neighbors are doing construction 😭😭😭 I have FOUR DAYS to finish the Blue Beetle episode and I haven’t even begun to record Act Three!

Can’t post the title for spoiler reasons but I just finished the first pass of the crossover episode script! I gotta do like two more passes but even in its rawest and least refined form it’s still fun as hell 💯
