Little local touristing for #parkrun today over to Whitley Bay. It didn’t feel it with six inclines but it was quick - pre-op pace again. But my autism found the entire thing stressful - I really need that routine of a familiar parkrun, it turns out.

If you want to reduce energy bills the best way is de-linking the price of electricity from the price of Gas. This extra money on 100% of electricity is paid to just the 30% of people supplying Gas, all Solar, Wind and Hydro are all on fixed contracts and get nothing.
