I’m glad that the @goodlawproject.org is launching a legal challenge against the EHRC’s new Code of Practice, which is dangerous, unworkable and has been opposed by a quarter of all MPs. The Code will discriminate against trans people and subject many others to gender policing based on stereotypes.

Unbelievable hypocrisy from Badenoch - she attacked Starmer for putting Louise Haigh in cabinet (conditional discharge and £100 fine) but defends Bonehill-Paine (five year prison sentence). Obviously the reliably hopeless Justin Webb failed to make this point to her on the Today programme…

Spewing hate makes money. It doesn't make you loved or respected, and nor does it add to the sum of human happiness. But it can make you hard cash and you can pop the kids through private school and drive an expensive car and live in a nice house. And frankly fuck anyone who is so shallow.
