I'm always surprised by how slowly drivers go over the speed bumps on Dearborn. I'm gonna hit that at 12mph on my bike no problem, but apparently that is far too fast for most SUV drivers.

Got to radius early tonight because the show was only 8-12. The crowd was super loose, the opening DJ was just a backlit silhouette spamming the same dance move, the visuals were on a ~3 minute loop. Truly felt like I was in a videogame club 😎

Man I love biking but ngl a lot of the bike trips I take on city streets during the summer are straight up harrowing. Oh cool a guy is driving down wells behind me in the bike lane with a modded car honking? Oh sweet, someone is driving the wrong direction on Dearborn in the bike lane? Love it!

Going to the gym on a Friday night is such a depressing experience. Passed like 500 people out with their friends on my walk here. You might think it's just a bunch of dedicated gymgoers but those people go in the morning. Nah it's just a bunch of dudes dedicated to failing to make social plans.

How many fully nude divvy riders did you all see riding in WNBR? I imagine more than 0 but less than 10. I've heard in person and online from people being like "divvy is gross, people ride those naked!" TikTok just showed me a woman Clorox wiping a divvy citing WNBR as the reason lol

From Michigan Ave to the highway, Ontario Street is 5 lanes wide with only 3 travel lanes. I genuinely think the road would be safer if they just said fuck it, street parking on both sides. The "right turn lane" just gets used as a "I'm unstable & driving as fast as possible" lane and I hate it.

There are a weird number of people at my gym who just don't push the revolving door when they enter it. It's rude AND confusing like... we're at the gym but the door is too much of a lift?
