The few times he actually tries to stick to the script, he gives it away by giving feedback on the speech itself WHILE he reads it out to his audience. Showing it's the first time he sees it. Must be fun to be his speechwriter, getting thrown under the bus is in all of the staffs job description.

Trumps latest ego holder, an extremely unimaginative nothing burger of preposterous dimensions, which admittedly, in a lot of ways, is very fitting. Also... it just oozes Albert Speer vibes.
