i went to a communication workshop from work and ngl it was kinda helpful.

sometimes i feel like i‘m not mentally ill enough bc i still have a lot of self awareness… for example my perception always tells me that no one likes me and I KNOW it‘s my own perception. It doesn‘t make sense bc i have enough people who enjoys my company after 10 years
