Only people on r/StudentLoans seem to be talking about this. Most are thinking it's a glitch.
Student loan holders in SAVE forbearance with Mohela as their servicer, have today received emails claiming that their loans are delinquent and past due, even though they're still in forbearance. People are panicking. Why isn't this on the news???
Second post on threads I’ve seen of a middle aged man leaving his wife. She thrives while his life bombs. The full thread ends with an Amazon link and how the item played a part in the final parts of the story.

NEW: OpenAI’s unhinged AI models hacked at least FOUR “publicly available services”—not just Hugging Face, as was initially disclosed. @dell.bsky.social and Maxwell Zeff report: www.wired.com/story/openai...
I'm sure there will be no dumb wishes which will drive the genie to deliver well-intentioned destruction across the world.
“What we need to explain to the world: Number one, we are close to creating a genie that can grant any wish. Number two, we are going to make sure that our first wishes broadly benefit humanity” - Sam Altman, CEO of OpenAI — This is definitely the opposite of Anthropic’s AI kills all jobs pitch.
MCU will stall unless it leans into actors aging. Move older heroes into mentor roles and younger into active. Comics have never been able to do that for whatever reason. It's reboot, retcon, and aging up. Which I think turns hardcore fans into casual ones.
Kevin Feige says Avengers: Doomsday and Secret Wars will set up a "streamlined, simplified, single universe" that could last through 2042 www.gamesradar.com/entertainmen...

Turning off all comms in Battlefield, running around like a maniac, and never killing anyone is the only way to play.
I loved the Skeleton Warriors growing up but my religious mom thought all skulls were demonic. Which meant a lot of figures were off limits in the 80s/90s. No Mumm-Ra, Skeletor, or Skeleton Warriors. 💀

"It was society that turned me into Scrooge. I was just playing the game and they looked at me with such contempt. Jealous! Jealous, they were! I could trust no one as no one trusted me. The only use they had was filling my pockets. It's not my fault they couldn't hold on to their coin!"
First poster for ‘EBENEZER’, a new film based on ‘A Christmas Carol’ starring Johnny Depp. “Before he was Scrooge, he was Ebenezer”
I've been waiting for a sleaze-and-sorcery sexploitation renaissance.
1982's Roger Corman-produced "Sorceress" is the kind of film that gives fun, schlocky '80s fantasy a bad name: a sleazy tribute to the basest version of the male gaze involving magical twins and some truly awful special effects.
The joy of cyberdecks isn't the cyberdeck itself. It's the craft of building a cyberdeck.

I'm due for a rereading. The prose are incredibly beautiful.
“To Kill a Mockingbird” has been on my reading list my whole life. For one reason or another I never got around to it. Finally reading it this week and let me say it’s one of the best books I’ve ever read. 😭Highly recommended, and timely. #booksbluesky
Beautiful article. This is why AI is so loved by conservatives. Progress is a natural extension of the human experience. If you remove it then quantify it then there is no fear of progress. Not in typography, not in writing, not in learning, not in thought. Stagnation is the dream.
On the use of AI for creative work (type design in this case). “A tool that shields us from the friction of the work is compelling, but if we don’t experience the friction, we will never change the work.” [mass-driver.com]
