"Cellosophical explorations 2" is out, continuing @leaflet.pub's field reporter series. I'm fascinated by bacterial chemotaxis & how it might help us unravel the origins of intelligence. Actually, I am fascinated by chemotaxis even if it doesn't tell us anything about intelligence, it's that cool.

Standard Reader@standard-reader.app · 5d agoStandard Reader reads comics now. It works out which publications are comics on its own (based on the content and publication settings). They get a shelf of covers instead of a list of pages, and open in a full-screen reader that runs the whole publication as one continuous book.

probably not right away but one format i'm personally really into is *seasons* for a publication. I love craig mod and robin sloan's popup newsletters, and i think the idea of a season of something really specific is an awesome creative container and something people would be into paying for.
