The 737 MAX 7 is cleared for delivery. Hard to believe but last time I saw this plane was 2020...and before that it's 2018 roll out. Looking forward to seeing them in the skies soon.

Shame to see Bamboo Airways facing the end after suspending ticket sales and drawing down the fleet to a few jets for charter work. But they've also had a tumultuous last several years, with claims of failing to pay pilots and axing long haul flying. TBH I'm surprised they hung on this long.
The Fauci hearing was a disgrace. Here are some reminders of how it really went down in 2020. Never forget.
Nice to see this sharp beaver pop into Kenmore last night before scooting off for home.
All 11 on board evacuated the plane, with several taken to area hospitals. Hoping they recover quickly.
Heart dropped hearing Kenmore Air has an Otter down on Sucia Island (N709KA), with local pilot/boating networks reporting multiple survivors. Let's hope it's all 11.

Haven't been doing much in the way of airplanes lately, but been making lots of photos. Here's some recent ones I kinda liked.
If you credulously do a segment about the vote in California in which you don’t say the president is lying, you’re spreading disinformation to your listeners.
Yes, yes what the national firebomber fleet - the same one that used to see fatal crashes every year - the same one that lost aircraft repeatedly to wings failing and folding up like a cheap chair - what that industry clearly needs is to go back to those heady, inexpensive no regulation days.

This morning I sent this letter to members of the Denver City Council, urging them to do everything in their power to hold accountable ICE air charter Key Lime Air/Denver Air Connection, and to make sure they had accurate information ahead of their vote. gillianbrockell.com/open-letter-...
Open Letter to the Denver City Council
Denver's city council will soon vote on a measure holding a local ICE air charter accountable. I wanted to make sure they had accurate and up-to-date information.

We don’t often get NYT column reprints, but I was very glad to see this from @jamellebouie.net in today’s print StarTribune. Really strong piece warning of the dangers of Dems just trying to go back to “normal” after Trump. It’s among Bouie’s best (which is saying something)
RIP Magnicharters. If you ever wanted to nurse a complimentary beer on a 733 flying between MEX and a handful of resort towns on a ticket that, when booked, prompted your CC to freeze the account due to suspected fraud, Magnicharters had your back. I hope their staff land elsewhere soon.
Been awhile since I posted. Still here, just really busy Here's some airplanes from the last month
Re-upping this again after having listened to what was, in all likelihood, the last NK flight land some 10 minutes ago. It was sad. I hope the employees find blue skies again soon.
Say what you will about Spirit as a business, but as the end appears to draw near, remember too that it's a business made up of a ppl whose rent, mortgage payments, groceries and healthcare came from being a Spirit employee.
Barring some sort of miracle, Spirit is no more.

Alrighty avgeeks of the internet…got this SWA safety card without a date. Can anyone figure it out or happen to know the year?
This is such a flagship moment for where America is right now. Gun violence, showmanship, celebrity, mass confusion, and also according to C-SPAN, people are opening the bottles of wine still on the tables.
