Begging all of you right now: if the biggest piece of sh*t person in this country utters one word about the loss of one of the greatest people to walk this earth-do not give it one iota of air. Ignore it, say nothing, let his evil speak alone. Because he is nothing and she was everything. RIP Dolly.

This Drip>one in one out jam(let’s just call it that)>G2B is the kind of goose I chase. Keep your goontz….
Replaced Instagram with Substack on my phone, and holy hell why tf didn’t anyone tell me to do this a long time ago?!?!
The Jose’ Mourinho doc on Netflix is so damn good. Must see for any football fan.
I am so tired of AI written emailed replies. “Peter thank you so much for reaching out…” - bruh, this is like the 4th exchange within this thread, why tf are you still thanking me for reaching out?!?
It’s Went day, personal favorite phish festival show ever played. Immaculate vibes and a band in peak form. @shapsio.bsky.social about that release dude
Still show of the tour, sorry folks. Just facts. A Jon Fishman show sans mini kit trey
How is it possible that phish hasn’t released the great went? Did I miss something? Am I not awake?
The ultimate Jerry Sunday. Just so damn grateful for this gift of music that Jerry left behind. ❤️⚡️💀 #daysbetween #jerrygarcia

Driving home from my summer camp job and heard the news break on NPR. They played Jer covering I shall be released and I had to pull off the road to process and grieve. The perfect song choice. We all knew it was coming, but to think he was only 53 yo is just still so hard to wrap my head around.
Increasing feel like phish has not only perfected the jam band art form but have moved beyond even that lousy label leaving all the rest behind. Maybe a hot take, but 43 years in and they’re still charting new territory. It’s absurd.
This interview tith fetterman is wild. He’s truly dumb as a stump. My brain hurts listening to him. podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/t...

Money out of politics. Money in your pocket. Medicare for All. Michigan... We won. I am so proud to be your Democratic nominee for US Senate. Let's win in November.
One more post and I’ll get off my soapbox. A common feeling among fans is “I don’t want politics in music. I want the space to be inclusive of all.” Sure, but that’s how you get white supremacists feeling emboldened to be themselves at the shows. Feels like a good excuse to post this:
A friend asked for a summary of Phish's improv styles through the 90s, inspired by the past week at MSG. Here's my high-level, deeply unscientific view this was just a text to a friend, if you want to get mad about it go ahead. I'm sure much of it is reductive and wrong. but I don't care.
Just had a flashback to smoking chillums in 95 with the whole people doing the whole jah bless motion…lol fucking trustifarians. May the jah volunteer shirt reminded me.
The couple next to me who’s never seen phish asked me “why are there so many guys here?” - I explained Phish’ prog-rock roots coupled with early songs containing nonsensical lyrical and/or songs about lizard people living in a make believe land and said “it’s pretty nerdy shit”…they understood.
Just when I think there are other ham bands for me, I see phish and realize the bar is so impossibly high.
When they up with drinks and glowsticks, you know they’re gonna chomp all night long. Thank god for earplugs. Absolute noob fest around me last night.
Hearing from friends who couldn’t make it to last night and had put their money on 95 night….sorry guys.
