Account Settings > Privacy and Security > Opt-Out Additionally, you can opt out of Auto Clips/Clips prompted via Voice Command, and Auto Captions in your Creator Dashboard under Settings > Stream. Unfortunately, there is not a way to opt out of EVERYTHING but this is better than zero.
