Just had to reboot the car at 50mph 😬 Engine cut out and a dialog came up on the dashboard display saying “Manual restart required” - I just pushed the button and the engine restarted thankfully

Sainsbury's website has been gradually degrading over the past few months to the point now where it's unusable. Basket contents disappear and reappear and it confused the order I was amending with another one that I had to checkout twice - eventually had to cancel the order completely 🤯
I ordered a iPhone 17e upgrade from EE and supposedly there's a problem with the order and it's directed me to a chat on ee-livechat.sprinklr.com with the person asking for a OTP sent to my phone - to which my response was "no way am I sending that to you"

Claude Design is an absolute dumpster fire - it's output is just full of inconsistencies, redundant elements and accessibility issues.
"by whatever means" is people must die to put others off but they don't want to say it out loud because it makes them sound like the monsters they are.

A client of ours has a events calendar with dates in the url of ':year/:month/:day' and AI crawler bots are sending requests with dates hundreds or even thousands of years in the future - are they looking for unpublished events or vulnerabilities? At the point of blocking they were 10% of traffic 🤯

After questions from Babiker Yahia, whose 4-year-old daughter Mayar was killed by a driver in April 2024, only one candidate (after quite a pause) backed 20mph limits on all residential streets.

People were definitely extolling the virtues of the internet back then (I was one of them!) but I don't remember Martha Lane Fox saying 50% of white collar jobs will be gone in 6-12 months.
One easy trick to prevent yourself having your social media account compromised - don't have friends who would DM you about voting them onto a podcast. (Alternatively, if you really must have such friends make sure you have 2FA enabled)
