🍓Strawberries kept a hidden biological clock running even in cold storage. Researchers at Peking University discovered a previously unknown plant quasi-circadian gene regulatory network in strawberries and achieved the first heterologous reconstruction of a eukaryotic biological clock network.

Why does phosphine vanish from brown dwarfs but persist on Jupiter? On rocky planets, PH₃ can hint at life. Brown dwarfs should be rich in it—yet most show almost none.
