Susan Collins ' Billionaire fan club is literally buying up ENTIRE blocks of TV ad time. Their strategy is to run a typical smear ad or two in a block and then end on a Collins feel-good ad. This is a strategy. This is a proven psychological advertising trick. Mainers have to resist this.
