LKB1 loss suppresses estrogen, progesterone, and androgen signalling pathways, and that HLA-DRB5 is consistently downregulated across all STK11-mutated subtypes, suggesting an immune evasion component. A lot going on beyond the canonical AMPK-mTOR axis.
