Why can absolute knobs feel no shame in saying the most hurtful, ignorant and cringy shit ever uttered and I feel profound guilt because I said "Good morning" to someone at 12:06pm one time? I need all the phycologists to have some sort of conference about this. Keep me in the loop.

Dev Story 😁 Run Game 🤖 Error 😐 But I remade all those broken assets. Run Again. 🤖 Error 😡 BUT. I. REMADE. THOSE. BROKEN. ASSETS! RUN. AGAIN! 🤖 Error 😒 You stupid, useless game engine...Wait, I forgot to remove the broken assets from the scene. 🤖 Fucking hell. #gamedev

As someone who very much doesn't like UI code, I'm absolutely certain this is 100% complete. There is no more needed to be added. Press A to restart, Press A to continue, Press V to make Time happen. No camera rendering because cameras aren't needed for anything. Job done. #gamedev

Boilerplate Level End Screen with missing buttons, no animations.

Ever wonder how much practice cooperation mouths must go through to answer questions by not answering them, committing to nothing at all while trying to sound like the heros? "Will you have discs?" "Well, we want to ensure that there are options" "Like discs?" "You're asking the right questions"

Fallosophy is in Steam Next Fest. Getting Over It, but the mountain is a giant pinball table through the history of philosophy. Two buttons. No score. No savers. Just gravity, momentum, and the choice to climb again. Demo updated with bug fixes, QoL improvements, and new music. Play now on Steam

It's funny how things go very wrong in groups. I found 3 fundamental, game breaking bugs at once. It seems lately everything I do makes things worse. Just one of those moments. As despondent as I am right now, I will keep at it. Hopefully it will be worth it. Love from a sad Irish Dev 🌹

If you are new to gamedev and see some really cool stuff online and think only you make stupid mistakes, just know I've been doing this a long time and I deleted the physics shapes of all my tiles, so I spent the past few hours drawing primitives over 128 different 16x16 pixel tiles. Aint just you

I just fixed a UI bug that's been bothering me a while. Now, this was absolutely the fault of me, failing to notice the UI elements pivot point was set incorrectly. However, I will blame the game engine and UI in general for this fiasco, because when you think about it, it was not my fault #gamedev

Big takeaway from interviews so far is that the next gameplay video needs to show off combat… need to communicate dodge/parry and the interesting combat behaviours of enemies in a large scale combat situation… on the list. In the meantime, keep wishlisting ;) store.steampowered.com/app/4035190/...

Do you ever pretend to give interviews about how your game was successful? Like the interviewer is asking you things like: What advice would you give aspiring developers? You are very handsome and cool, how? You need to get out more, ya know? If so, you're not alone. If not, me either. #solodev
