Moises Freire, 19, of the Bronx and Brian Peralta Cabrera, 18, of Queens were arrested and indicted in connection with the alleged crime(s), according to prosecutors. Both pleaded not guilty. Lawyers for the two men did not immediately return requests for comment.

It stayed down for the entire afternoon until most of the protests were done. Outrageous. Put this on the January investigation list.
