Discord lied. they’re now sending scanned IDs to persona, a third party company. “facial scans will never leave your device” -discord lmao.
Scammer tactic alert: Instead of cold-messaging you to commission them, scammers are now impersonating REAL members of the community. Then they message you to ask if you want to get a pic with their sona together. The "artist" they will rec is a member of their own ring.
