Been doing some vegan/gf cooking for friend gatherings recently and I'm enjoying the challenge! Spent a little time messing with oats today- got a decent spreadable/queso-like texture. The holy grail is homemade "Velvegan"
been playing with a set of scripts for "every vote mapping", in which (surprise), every single vote gets a dot. Ran them for latest LA Mayoral Primary data- It's great for "land doesn't vote" arguments as well as avoiding marking any single area as one "color" (or candidate).
