After the Singapore thing I'm sure this is the last chance I'll ever get to see massive attack because they're definitely getting banned from Australia too 💀

It will be worse than this! Most websites will be forced to ask you to send your ID to a third party surveillance service, adding a credit card won't be enough for most. Bluesky asks for your *social security number* if you live in Texas now, due to this shit. Call in, and kill it.

This will be the US if the SCREEN Act passes. Call your Senators before August 5 and tell them that you oppose the SCREEN Act, KOSA, and the KIDS Act. Use the official lookup tool at www.senate.gov/senators/sen... to find yours by state.

Hello I have made this due to a mutual having issues with some folks on here forgetting this fact and shouting at him for it. Feel free to use it as a handy PSA x

A crappy photoshop paint image with a red star on blue, in comic sans is the message 'some people on the internet aren't American'

🌄 Star Stags 🌌 I was very inspired by the Tuva Republic petroglyphs, two of the little stag depictions are copies (first two, top left) while the rest are my own drawings. I'm very keen on getting this design printed on tote bags if there was interest! :)

A black and white illustration featuring a bounding stag, the ends of its antlers taking on the shape of stars. Another star sits above its head, more stars surrounding the deer. Many simple little drawings in a rock art style with more star horned stags are by the upper left and bottom right of the animal. Floral motifs with the flowers taking on a heart shape surround them and the illustration is framed by simple patterned borders.

People complaining that AI companies are destroying books after scanning them are right that this is repugnant, but the core of the problem lies with absurdly stringent intellectual property laws that disallow making scans (even orphaned works) publicly available to everyone. …
