I want to ask for help, but I feel selfish doing so, I want to tell people how I’ve been feeling but I’m scared to be shut down ant told I’m seeking attention. I keep trying to tell myself it could be worse, yet I want to break down and cry, and I feel horrible about it.

I really hate bringing up drama here but I see it time and time again where people claim to be on the left go against the beliefs of it. Things like this are a big part of why the right manages to indoctrinate so many, they show the worst of the left and convince others that we're all extremists!

People who claim to be on the left but then harass others and wish death upon them are so confusing to me, like our whole deal is that we're supposed to make the world a better place! Violence is never the answer and if you claim to be left then wish for or do violence then you're a hypocrite.
