In Slipsand Galaxy in Super Mario Galaxy 2, there is an unexplained and out-of-place yellow flash during a Launch Star flight. This is because Mario actually flies through a fog area belonging to a planetoid from a different mission, and the very brief fog looks like a flash.

Look at what arrived today: my commemorative Pomni badge! All this time on, and it still feels like a dream that I was able to watch and support the TADC’s finale “The Last Act” at my tiny local cinema… but it was real, and it’s an experience that I’ll never forget. This badge is proof of that. 💖✨

Mel Blanc (Bugs Bunny) was so dedicated that he had a microphone brought to his hospital bed so he could keep recording his Spacely lines for The Jetsons movie in 1989 before dying from emphysema. He literally performed for his audience on his death bed to keep his characters alive. Respects.

Schedule for the week! Last week before we go back to a Mon-Weds-Fri schedule! There's a Bananza event, we have an island to saaaave(?), we get to enjoy the parenthood journey of Princess Maker, and we play EVERY GAME & WATCH GAME TONIGHT for SCIENCE! Should be a fun time at the pyrrhickong twitch!

In World 8-7 of New Super Mario Bros. Wii, releasing a mushroom on the third Spine Coaster but not collecting it results in an entertaining interaction whereby the Spine Coaster will balance the mushroom on its nose, like a seal trained to balance a ball.
