It makes me irrationally angry when someone is riding an electric scooter or bike on the sidewalk or in the middle of the road holding up traffic when the protected BIKE LANE is 5 feet away. Like…. the infrastructure to safely operate electric scooters and bikes is right there. It grinds my gears
