The snowgum (Eucalyptus pauciflora) is one of the (relatively) few Australian tree species with clear annual rings. Researchers at Adelaide Uni and ANU are using snowgum cellulose d18O to produce a new record of alpine hydroclimate over past centuries #21daysof2k @pages-ipo.bsky.social

1/3 Nottinghamshire based Green Runners volunteered at Forest Rec #parkrun on Saturday for their July local meet-up. The group took on various roles including timekeeping, handing out finish tokens, barcode scanning, marshalling, & tail walking as 285 people completed the hilly 5k course. #running
