Was trapped on a cliff on the Isle of Wight with Bill Oddie during the filming of Live from Dinosaur Island … wasn’t a fun time for either of us 😂 I’m know he inspired many with his wit and enthusiasm, but have to say that neither were on show under those circumstances

It may be surprising to some that there are thousands of undescribed species just sitting in museums awaiting description. One of the main reasons this problem exists is that taxonomy is undervalued and underfunded, a trend that coincides with the devaluing of studies on natural history.
