We’re campaigning to stop what would be England’s largest onshore wind farm from being built on the highly protected moor (SPA, SAC, SSSI) between Hebden Bridge and Top Withens aka Wuthering Heights. Wind farms don’t need to be built on protected peatland!

We were baffled when one of our campaign banners mysteriously disappeared today, the very day when Mr Bannister was out shooting in the moor. Of course we were delighted to find it in one of his gun buses! HOW can it have got there? Delighted at this public spirited action against nasty thieves!
