Our 8yo learned about Kandinsky. He’s been making his own inspired pieces. We told him they have Kandinsky’s work at MoMA. He wanted to ask if they were the originals. “Are they the ones he made with his own hands?” I’m bawling. This is what Sam Altman wants to take away from humanity.
When you write code, you understand it. When you understand it, you find the gaps in the specification. When you specify those gaps, you build understanding among the stakeholders. You can’t shortcut any of this unless you want a big blob of liability.
