Really don't like this trend of really complicated and nuanced characters who have experienced some form of trauma having their victimhood fetishized (like the literary definition of fetishization not the buzzword one people online love to use) and having all nuance stripped out of them.
One of the pettiest aspects of Viv's hatedom is that somehow "separate art from the artist" doesn't apply to her or the fandom. They always have to be sure to deny giving any merit to her creative choices and belittle fanart, despite having nothing to do with why she's supposedly a bad person.

The more talk about how characters tied to adam were affected the more that I, despite Viv's regrets to killing him off, think his death was the best call narratively. Adam will forever haunt the narrative as his death prevents any justice to his victims while becoming a martyr to his followers
