When the facts disprove the original charges, dismissing the case is the proper course of action in the judicial system. What really needs to be addressed is why these individuals were wrongfully prosecuted in the first place.

The purpose of regulatory agencies is to protect ordinary families, not to allow corporate profits to take precedence over the public interest.

The only reason to end these protections is to give corporate America even higher profits by shifting the risks of harms to individual people. The shame of the John Roberts court.
