in an odd way 3h benefitted from a lack of flashback cutscenes because so many characters give tainted accounts of events. As the viewer, you have to sort through everyone's baggage in order to determine who YOU think is the most trustworthy source of information. and thats awesome

take this with a grain of salt. i am a hater. but i really dont like how fw is writing character dialogue. There's no room for anything to feel natural when characters are rushing to over explain themselves and the arcs that they're about to have purely for the camera's sake
interview says a theme of fefw is coming together despite differences so im thinking theres no way leda is gonna get revenge on Bertrand. I just hope he's a cool enough guy with understandable motivations to deserve the pardon he'll probably be granted
im sick and my fortunes weave preorder is at gamestop. I was originally going to pick it up in person as soon as they open, but I can't in good conscience do that anymore. The delay spent waiting for my roomate to pick up my copy the day after will make me a danger to myself and others
I wish they were just making a new zelda game instead of a remake. My favorite part of Zelda games is the puzzle mechanics and well. they aren't really as engaging the second time around when you know all the answers.
finally getting back to hades 2. I kinda respect nemesis being a rude person. she does say fucked up stuff but shes also the character who serves as the opposition to the creators point of view. and I just think these games have such evil messaging that i have to fw with her.

i was trying to figure out why i like the player insert/character relationships in Exocolonist when i usually find that stuff so boring. And i think its bc they took out the wish-fulfillment fantasy aspect of it. Like Tangent will dump you bc shes consumed with grief or just not feeling it
