#IndieAnimationDay With Adobe’s recent shenanigans ending and then reinstating Animate, our team’s production pipeline has shifted to work with software we can trust. So as we work on finishing the puppets for each character, Puppet Without A String will now be moving onto Moho for our animation!

I've been working on the poster for @pwasofficial.bsky.social the past couple months; it's still a work in progress, but here's the assets I've finished so far! ✍️

A teenage Pinocchio, reverted to wood, is dangling from a loop of string on each wrist and each leg. He is wearing sunglasses askew on his face and his eyes are bloodshot. A cricket is on his cap, holding a notebook. Pinocchio is also holding a bottle of absinthe, from which a fat green fairy is emerging.

Stefano, a redheaded teenage boy holding a sketchbook, is put in a playful headlock by Greta, an anthropomorphic rabbit girl with purple-black hair, punkish clothing, and a carrot-shaped mace

So honored to be the voice of Pinocchio in Puppet Without a String!! The Disney version was a massively important part of my childhood, so bringing the character to life is a singular pleasure. Please check out all the fun shorts on the page, and consider donating to the project!
