If we care about disability justice, one of the lowest-hanging fruits is masks in healthcare. It remains unacceptable that vulnerable patients must ask, sometimes beg, healthcare workers to mask, while also explaining to them why respirator masks are better

It's not a holiday in Quebec and only Quebec and to top that off it's also the end of the construction holiday and so it is LOUD outside.

It takes a certain lack of curiosity to not bother looking at the alternatives and going with the nazi option for your newsletter. I still refuse to click Substack links and use the Substack labeler on Bluesky to help ignore all Substack posts.
