Anti-Trans attorney Erin Friday is attempting to petition Trump for a pardon for Shana Gaviola, a woman sentenced to 3 years for having her Trans child kidnapped in handcuffs from California to Missouri when the child had an active petition for emancipation as well as a protective order in place.

The diarrhea lettuce company, Taylor Farms, uses slave labor contracted from the Arizona Dept. of Corrections. The backbreaking labor is often performed by imprisoned Mexican nationals who would be otherwise ineligble to work in the US. They are paid $1.50 an hour.

Air Canada claims it introduced “basic” premium fares for “consumer choice”, but the same flight I was looking at booking yesterday has been jacked up by a hundred bucks, with the “basic” fare at the same price point as the refundable fare yesterday. Fucking corporations.

I don't think people understand how thin the line between "deportation" and "extermination" really is - not just in Europe, but everywhere the topic comes up. Many people feel comfortable with the idea of deportation because it obscures the underlying violence that is necessarily implied.
