Dressmaker is a masterpiece.
It’s funny to me what some of these articles/lists count as slashers. I think some people need to parse between when it’s a slasher movie and when it’s just a serial killer Like I love saw and creep, they’re some of my favorite horror movies/series, but they’re deffo not slashers
Forgot to make this earlier - it’s October now, so! My favorite first time watches of September: - Greener Grass - Coyote vs Acme - Buddy - The Fall I listened to more audiobooks last month, so it was a bit slower for movies, but still some good watches! Greener Grass especially I loved
Crow became accidentally important at work when all he wanted was to play with garbage.
The Shadow Prince My piece for one of this year's #drawtober topics. Wanted to follow up on the rider from the last year. 💕 #originalart
My comic has been out for about a week now! :D Thank you to everyone who has checked it out, I really appreciate it!! Here’s some old-ish doodles of them I can finally share too yay
Dorian Bee || Team Comedy! 🎭🎈@radioswampmonsters.bsky.social · 2w agoI got it in RIGHT at the last minute, but hi! I made a comic for the #TransMascProtagJam !!! The Ghost is about a guy named Monty who decides to take a ghost out for a day of fun. I haven't really publicly shared comics like this before, and I'm really proud of it!! bpsketching.itch.io/the-ghost
The Evil Dead 🎬 Baby faced Ash is just a sweet, sensitive boyfriend here. This is an absolute classic. What they pulled off with a tiny budget is impressive. It drags just enough to be my least favourite of the franchise, but I'll always respect the film that started it all. #100DaysOfHorror #Horror

Okay we’re gonna go backwards here cause I have less to say about Primetime. It’s fine. It’s a fine movie. It’s very well acted, and I love the way it’s shot and edited, I just wish it was more. I wish they went harder on all this beyond the chase for ratings, and challenged the viewpoint more —
Dorian Bee || Team Comedy! 🎭🎈@radioswampmonsters.bsky.social · last wk.In addition to my Halloween watch, there’s a lot of movies that just came out and are coming this month that I’m pretty excited for, so for today: Double feature - Digger and Primetime! #filmsky
With this, plus the ongoing censorship here of trans bodies (even clothed!), along with disabled bodies also be treated as obscene…this is such a worrisome sign. Please fight against this however you can! This is paving the way for being banned from public spaces, and all art de-financed!
DCS 🔞@darkchibishadow.bsky.social · last wk.CSP being pressed to take even just /kissing/ off their asset store and FA being told that plus sized characters are considered adult should be a giant waving red flag to folks. Sex workers have /always/ been right to say these policies never stop with 1 type of content. They always wanna ban more.

Trying to do more gift art this next year for friends and moots alike! Starting off strong with an Antonella portrait for my partner, Zeyda, who does not yet have a Bluesky 💜🦴 You just gotta love a morally complicated femme with bone arms! #LazarusArt #WaystationJournal #ocsky
This is a funny and heartfelt short story about an opportunity I think a lot of us wish we could give to those who came before. Go give it a read! (It's free with optional pwyw, but we want to pay queer comic creators ok? Ok.)

OKAY got my watchlist finally sorted! Last year I ended up watching some series for the first time, the Final Destination series and The Conjuring series respectively, this year I think I'm gonna try and tackle the Christopher Lee Dracula movies! boxd.it/XGSdO
