if you're a telehealth doctor who communicates primarily by email it would be great if you ensured your email address was actually functional and not rejecting incoming mail from patients
Just in case anyone here is interested, my ‘85 VW Scirocco is for sale. Low miles (40k), runs and drives great, tidy interior. Paint is bad and it has some dents and scrapes, but is entirely rust free. Comes with loads of spares. $4000 OBO, in St Paul, MN.
Some random lady looked after me and my baby sister at a petrol station while my mother figured out how to drive our Ford Cortina off of the KEEP LEFT sign she reversed on top of
quote this with a time a bystander helped you out
If you ever catch me wearing a puffer jacket you better have the crossbow ready for me
social media was great for keeping in touch with that one backpacker you met on a bender back in 2014 but I really think the world might have moved on from that mode of socialisation by now
figuring out I can still write *certain* types of content while completely unable to pen things that bore me is... frustrating
worst part of long distance friends is when they're in strife and you can't show up with some taco bell to help cheer em up
there are 7 billion people on this Earth and I know someone out there is ride or die for Ducklett
Jesus Christ these guys are supposed to stand up to people committing genocides and Rowling threatens a lawsuit and they simply decide we aren’t worth it
Amnesty have issued an apology to JK Rowling and the rest. Adjust your expectations, and donations, accordingly www.amnesty.org.uk/latest/an-ap...
Please friends do not try and help i don't want to lose another dress
if I'm at a friend's house and I go to the garage for a beer and I see their washing is done, I throw it in the dryer. If I go in the kitchen and they need to stack the dishwasher, I'll do it and set it off. Tom says that's weird. I think if someone did that for me I'd love them forever
*something* turned my mindset from "all is lost" to "things are pretty okay" which is really refreshing after days of feeling absolutely miserable I just wish I knew what it was
gosh it bothers me that they're not just letting go of hydrogen it's over, it's not happening please
What’s changing on Europe’s roads? The EU is setting clear distances for alternative fuel infrastructure on major roads. 🔌 Cars: high-power charging every 60 km (by 2026) 🛻 Trucks & buses: charging every 120 km (half of main EU roads by 2028) 💧 Hydrogen: refuelling every 200 km (by 2031) Fantastic
i can't complain that good things don't happen to me but I can complain that small little things keep happening that irritate me deeply and spoil the good things and make it really hard for me to enjoy them fundamentally, I am terrible at being happy
do i get bangs or not i need to decide in the next hour
I have this problem so often. Sometimes it's as simple as wanting a coffee at 5pm.
I desperately want lasagna but it’s six am and there’s nowhere to get lasagna from. The world is a cruel and lonely place.
Just don't ask about what their grandparents got up to during the war
I remember when I learned that the word for thunder in German was "Donner" and I had this slow-motion epiphany about how Donner and Blitzen's names just mean thunder and lightning
even though trams seem to attract a far higher amount of crazy yelling people, I still prefer rail-based modes over anything bus-like out here. i'm not entirely sure why. maybe I prefer rail because it feels more deterministic. big sweaty car with strangers? no thanks
a reliable and consistent bus service is one of the most humble public transit options. strangers of all types mingling, circulating in and out, and uniting over their shared gratitude towards the driver. subways and trains are flashy, but there's something about busses that just feels right.
Throwback to my first (and so far only but hopefully not forever) commissioned artwork on a car magazine. If you work for or know someone who works at a car magazine that would like to have bespoke art on a page, spread or cover, please get in touch. Absolutely love working for print ❤️
It's fantastic. I illustrated a V60 of this generation for a magazine many years back. Also a total looker 🔥
Tesla Ubers are worse than Camry Hybrids, jerkiest fucking ride ever and I know I'm gonna die in a fire if we crash because the doors won't open
It's amazing how massive events like the Olympics and the World Cup just cease to exist to you when you work from home You don't have that guy in the office delivering the small talk. Combined with having a TV with no aerial hooked up, and it's like these events never even happened
wish my coding abilities were better than "mid at python"
I can't stand it being dark at 7am, this would be pure madness
People are gonna fucking hate this if it actually happens. Enjoy all these post 8am sunrises
