I don't really have an "ace," truthfully. But I have a real soft spot in my heart for this precious girl. I'd never play favorites, though. (Regardless of what my gym trainers say.)

#pkmnrp Portrayal of Erika Credits in Alt Text! Penned by #Laylily
Followed the official Celadon Gym account. #suffering
This may cause a stir with my family, admittedly. (Assuming they would even understand what this all means. I may be safe from consequence after all.)
Despite overblown rumors, Erika outside of her chaste and proper persona is a Seductive Sunday sight reserved for the lucky few.
laylily So Survivor alumni tend to keep in touch and end up in constant contact. I'd like to believe the Pokemon leagues are like that. You become a gym leader or Elite Four member, and you just get added to a ridiculously crowded group chat.
Very interesting day in the league, it seems. Not that I would be the type to indulgent gossip and rumor. Still. Good for her.
Had to snap a quick selfie with Dreams, Folklore, and Innocence! (Amazing Thea art by ichiyi25)
It is certainly sounding like my next challenger isn't coming into this "second gym challenge" with a typical second gym challenge team. I'll have to prepare accordingly.
Salacious rumors. I look forward to your challenge.
โฆ if her tendency to sleep on the job is to be believed, i'll expedite this and send the e-mail now.
The joke is on you if you think I would hypothetically nap in my Gym if all facilities and affairs were not impeccably in order. I fear no evaluation.
I could not fathom what you mean by that. My challengers get their battles, and I do my work as a leader in the Celadon community. What I may or may not do in the privacy of the gym, between challenges and in the company of my maids and trainers, is harmless and part of my process.
One of the Indigo Leagueโs more admirable qualities is how freely its members confess negligence without being prompted. Though in your case, Erika, I suppose unconsciousness may qualify as plausible deniability.
That's intimidating. Good thing I am always handling my gym leader duty responsibly and never napping in my gym.
Speak for yourselves. I am a consummate professional.
We host a small tea ceremony every Friday, and my new little friend from my recent trip to Kitakami is such a good helper.
(Laylily basically slept through Sunday, so her muses are being dragged into a Golden Week photoshoot to compensate!) "Okay, but you are not going to print with that shot, right? Right??"
Rest in peace to a League legend and a respected colleague.
I do not know about that. I think I have a whole host of gym trainers who would maintain that I would never do such a thing.
Imagine being called to the principal's office.
Quite frankly, Blue and Lance flirting has added some entertainment to League business. Things can get fairly stagnant here, so it's nice when things are shaken up.
In his defense, Blue being difficult is most of his brand.
Saying *the* Lance is a โhear me outโ is like saying Grand Duchess Diantha is โunderratedโ in Kalos.
54-year-old Lance. Drayden. ๐ผ ๐ ๐๐ ๐คโ๐๐ก ๐ฆ๐๐ข ๐๐๐.
Dragon-type specialists are all well and good. But water-types have Misty and that lovely Nessa from Galar. I am afraid that may carry a lot of weight in arguments.
All I am saying is some of us like to keep our affairs close to the chest. ...No jokes or puns. I just heard what I said.
AND YOU GAVE ME GRIEF. Ahem. I mean. That was certainly a statement to make with your whole chest.
Commenting on the attractiveness of other members of the league? How inappropriate! (Hypocrite.)
laylily I definitely assume Pokemon timelines are a little wibbly-wobbly. But also, even if I start math from FRLG, and assume Erika was like 18 there, she'd still be turning 40 this year. I've been playing her in her 30s, but she ain't telling NOBODY her age at this point.
(I have an immense amount of respect for Blue as a trainer. I just will not say that, because it IS more fun to mess with him.)
