Skunk🦨 . This is the downside of triple the skin of a normal dog. She wouldn’t back down and it didn’t stop. It’s almost impossible to get it all. It’s in the folds. There’s a new collar in there because the old one had to go. That was Saturday night. We’ve tried everything. It’s bad.

Remember, it's virtually impossible to sue federal agents, so it will be basically impossible to hold ICE officers who shock people without justification accountable. We should not be giving new weapons like this to a law enforcement agency that enjoys near-total impunity.
