Trump is already breaking ground on his massive 250-foot-tall “triumphal arch” near Arlington National Cemetery, despite the fact that the project has not even been approved by the federal review panel yet. Apparently, approvals are now just a formality when Trump wants to build himself a monument.
I’ve known many other defense secretaries, starting with Cap Weinberger, who served as defense secretary under Reagan. I can say without fear of contradiction that Pete Hegseth is the stupidest and least qualified of them all.
