Funnily enough, I made a Vacuum Man 4 years ago that I was going to repurpose for the contest, but after seeing several other people make Vacuum Men, I dropped him completely and explored other ideas.

Vacuum Man's old design. He has a red, yellow, white, and black color scheme, and is modeled after a vacuum cleaner. He has two types of suction arms; one for inhaling and the other for shooting. Much like Bug Man, his torso can detach from his body so he can fly around, and he also has wheels under his boots to roll around in.

A redesign of Vacuum Man for the contest, made in late 2025. He has a much slimmer design to be more on-model with the template given, and a red, green, white, and black color scheme. He is seen pulling Mega Man in with his vacuum buster and firing projectiles with his torso body, similar to a cannon.

Bug Man was built for insect collecting and preservation, assisting entomologists in their research. He stores insects inside his body for safekeeping, and can detach himself to fly around.

Good point - Observant
Bad point - Arachnophobic
Likes - Bright colors
Dislikes - Really long legs

Bug Catcher: During flight mode, Bug Man can catch Mega Man and carry him into dangerous spots.

Vacuum Attack: Inhales a swarm of insects for Mega Man to dodge.

Bug Swarm: Unleashes a swarm of flying bugs that drags Mega Man upwards. Other types of bugs can affect the player differently.

Top half of body can detach and fly around. Bottom half will run around and release projectiles.

Tongue Stab: Curl on the forehead acts as a proboscis and can attack the player from a distance.

Player Weapon: Bug Bridge - Inhale enemies to unleash a bridge you can ride on.

The art also features a front view, a back view, an 8-bit sprite, a side view of his buster, several illustrations of different facial expressions, and a proper illustration of his flight form.
