I have my own thoughts on aspects of the decision, but regardless of the details, it continues to blow my mind that papers from my PhD and postdoc get cited in litigation.

Thing is, it all comes down to that we basically have no language to quasi-cognite systems that show quasi-agency so we have to put "quasi" as a prefix to established terms from cogsci.
