Supremely talented doctoral student Halle Fowler is hoping to put together an ABCT panel related to Deaf and Hard of Hearing suicide prevention or mental health. We have multiple qualitative and quantitative studies on DHH interpretation in mental health settings. We need help finding panelists!

Lab thesis presentations this semester include a linguistic analysis of ASL suicide risk interpretations, experimental investigation of single session interventions to increase help-seeking, and ambulatory assessment of suicide ideation vulnerability in sexual minority folks! Such cool work!

Need some more time to unpack this great study on missing data in ema. psyarxiv.com/7yfhp/ maybe within person changes in psychological states are not related to missing prompts! Previous completion time/time in study more closely related to missingness! I still have a ton to learn with this method.

Ok… so maybe here I can transform my science lurking ways and actually post stuff other than my dogs or pop punk covers of hit songs… I’m going to try!
