The only way "The club didn't want to lose Bruno!" makes any sense is if he had a release clause. Then you're powerless. Why are we pretending the club was powerless to stop him going when what we mean is, AGAIN, we didn't have the bollocks to enforce his contract. #nufc
Nobody at the club is happy, but they've agreed to it anyway. Not a spine between them.

(Although better now than later). Shit happens & you have to deal with it. But yeah, they’ve got their work cut out.

If you refuse to be treated by a doctor or nurse because of their skin colour then you should be refused treatment full stop. You revoke your right to use the NHS. You can pay for private healthcare or die. And tbh if you attempt to go private you should have to say you've been refused NHS care.

Are #NUFC the only club that doesn't hold the 'you can go only after we've found a replacement' policy? Seems we bend over backwards to make life easy for the bigger teams then look to replace, which invariably leads to a panic buy or 3. The club needs more of a backbone when it comes to outgoings
I struggle with all the sentimental "he gave us everything" posts. We paid him £150,000 a week. He didn't come to us out of the goodness of his heart. It wasn't a Christian Aid mission.
If we soften expectations any further they'll need sticking in the fridge.
